Job summary

Baldwin Supply Company, a long‑standing Minnesota manufacturer and distributor, seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead purchasing and inventory management, optimize supplier contracts, and drive cost-saving opportunities across the organization.

You will oversee a team, manage vendor relationships, forecast demand, and ensure timely procurement to support manufacturing and distribution operations. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading purchasing and inventory management functions, ensuring efficient procurement of goods and services while optimizing inventory investment. This role oversees vendor relationships, contract negotiations, inventory forecasting, and purchasing processes while leading and developing the purchasing team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements / Work Conditions:
