Job summary

ExplorUS is seeking a hands-on Purchasing Manager to support daily procurement activities while driving strategic sourcing, cost savings, and process improvements across nationwide operations.

This role blends operational execution and strategic leadership, partnering with site teams, operations leaders, and finance to ensure efficient, consistent, and cost-effective purchasing across food & beverage, retail, lodging and recreation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience in multi-site hospitality, recreation, or similar preferred.
• Experience with vendor negotiation, contracting, and spend analysis.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; proficient in Excel.
• Experience with procurement systems/ERP preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools in procurement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day purchasing needs across multiple sites and business units.
