Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC in Magnolia, AR, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to identify, negotiate, and secure sources for materials, equipment, supplies, and services. You will lead sourcing, pricing negotiations, contracting, and purchasing while adhering to the Hydro Procurement Policy and trade compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, delivery, invoice resolution, and inventory using Oracle ERP; coordinating with Accounts Payable and service centers; and

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in related field.
• Direct reports experience.
• Proficient with all departments and vendors.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP, preferably Oracle.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytical/problem-solving skills.

• Monitor AP holds and GRNI; collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure trade compliance and support audits; assess impact of tariffs and regulatory changes.
• Forecast, track, reconcile, and control inventory using historical demand and forecasts.
• Identify, qualify, onboard, and maintain competitive suppliers meeting cost, quality, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate tooling, first-article approval, engineering changes, and supplier corrective action plans.
• Negotiate property, fleet, and equipment leases; coordinate facility maintenance.
• Deliver cost savings and improve supplier payment terms; provide Oracle procurement support to service centers.

Job Summary

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing the best sources for materials, equipment, supplies, and services. The Procurement Manager is responsible for adhering to the Hydro Procurement Policy as well as meeting all Trade Compliance requirements.

What you will be doing

• Ensure trade compliance, support audits, and assess the financial impact of tariffs, anti-dumping duties, and other regulatory changes.
• Forecast, track, reconcile, and control inventory using historical demand and business forecasts.
• Identify, qualify, onboard, and maintain competitive suppliers that meet cost, quality, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
• Coordinate tooling, first-article approval, engineering changes, and supplier corrective action plans.
• Negotiate property, fleet, and equipment leases and coordinate related facility maintenance requirements.
• Deliver cost savings, improve supplier payment terms, and provide Oracle procurement support to service centers.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience

• Five (5) years of experience in job related field.
• Prior experience having direct reports.
• Proficient in conducting business with all departments and vendors
• Prior experience with manufacturing ERP system, preferred, Oracle in particular.
• Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
