Job summary

Proven Process Group in Green Bay seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead and develop a team of buyers while personally managing material categories from sourcing through delivery. You will collaborate closely with Planning, Production and Engineering to optimize costs, quality, and delivery.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, metals/fabrication manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. This is a hands-on leadership position supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing (a degree is preferred).
• Experience leading or mentoring buyers.
• Strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Must have some sort of metals or fabrication manufacturing experience.
