A staffing agency is seeking a Purchasing Manager for a temporary assignment in California. You will manage purchase orders, assess inventory needs, and collaborate with multiple departments. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This role offers a base pay rate of $25-$30 per hour and requires onsite work.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; experience with inventory or purchasing software a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase orders using SBT - Visionpoint 2.0 system.
• Assess purchasing needs based on inventory, department requisitions, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with accounting and production teams on cost accounting and inventory analysis using Excel.
• Maintain inventory records for finished goods and raw materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and production/receiving departments for timely delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks including correspondence and filing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
