Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or formal business/technical education preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in purchasing, administrative support, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Order Processing — Process and verify purchase requests using Microix and Integral systems.
• Ensure timely receipt and documentation of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders and deliveries.
• Prepare supplies for distribution to Hamilton departments and satellite locations.
• Delivery of materials to assigned departments and satellite locations with proper handling.
• Assist with employee apparel sorting and delivery.
• Support receipt, tracking, and distribution of PPE.
• Maintain organization of storage areas and supply inventory.
• Administrative Support — filing, data entry, and other departmental duties.
• Communicate purchasing updates and delivery schedules to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in required training and continuous learning initiatives.
