You will plan, issue, and track purchase orders, coordinate transport, and work to minimize total landed cost while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• One year of experience in purchasing, planning or related Supply Chain function.
• APICS or other certification preferred.
• Warehouse/inventory background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, create, and manage purchase orders for materials and supplies based on field requisitions, project needs, and inventory strategies, while following purchasing policy and approval limits.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery dates, expedite late orders, and resolve receipt and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points, run cycle counts, investigate variances to root cause, and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Collaborate with the Master Data Team, planners, project managers, and warehouse staff to keep records accurate and report on inventory and open POs.
