Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain purchase orders based on approved requests.
• Follow up with vendors on order status, deliveries, quotes, and backorders.
• Receive materials, verify quantities, and enter receipts into the inventory system.
• Identify and help resolve receiving and inventory discrepancies.
