TrueTimber Outdoors in Inman, SC seeks a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to support the Purchasing Department. You will enter and manage purchase orders in the ERP system, verify details, track orders, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years in purchasing or related fields, strong Excel skills, and ability to learn ERP systems such as NetSuite. We offer full-time benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of administrative, purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and effectively use ERP and purchasing systems.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain purchase orders in the company’s ERP system.
• Prepare purchase orders based on approved purchasing requirements.
• Verify pricing, quantities, item numbers, shipping information, and other order details for accuracy.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding or delayed orders.
• Communicate purchase order changes to internal departments.
• Assist in identifying shortages and coordinating with Warehouse and other departments.
