Position Status: Full time (80 hours per pay period; 1 FTE) Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (8:00 - 4:30)
Pay Range: ($22.21 - $28.73) - (DOE - based on experience); full-time benefits.
The Purchasing/Inventory Agent supports RiverView's supply chain operations through effective procurement, contracting, inventory management, supplier relationship management, and value analysis activities. This position ensures the right products are available at the right time and cost to support patient care and organizational objectives. The role is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing supplier performance, negotiating contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
The purpose of the Purchasing/Inventory Agent is to support the supply planning, execution, and oversight of the supply chain by providing analytics in support of maintaining products/services, documenting high level of customer satisfaction, and assisting in expanding current product lines and Value Analysis solutions.
