Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati is offering a 12-week purchasing internship starting May 2026. You will help source and manage product flows, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize inventory levels across divisions.

The program provides mentorship, exposure to multiple spend areas, and hands-on experience shaping supply chain strategy. From day one you will own project responsibilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn how sustainability is integrated into supplier relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Information Technologies, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Available to work a 12-week internship from May to August in summer 2026.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies for sourcing to increase innovation, reduce costs, and influence industries.
• Negotiating the right deals with suppliers.
• Working with suppliers to optimize inventory levels, order quantities and logistics.
• Shifting supplier relationships and industries toward sustainability and growth.
