Job summary

The intern will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement, maintain documentation, and support cost control and compliance with GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently pursuing an accredited university or college majoring in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions for clarity and accuracy and obtain current supplier quotes.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage approval workflow prior to transmission to supplier.
• Coordinate with accounting and receiving to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
