Job summary

US Pharma Lab, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Intern/Associate to ensure timely procurement of materials, lab supplies, and equipment across all facilities.

You will issue POs in ERP systems, collaborate with planning, and ensure compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines. The role requires English proficiency, strong data analysis and Excel skills, and the ability to interact with multiple departments and management levels.

Qualifications

• Relevant supply chain or purchasing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase orders in the ERP system for Raw Materials and packaging materials and send them to vendors.
• Issue Purchase orders in the ERP system for consumable goods to support manufacturing, engineering, Lab, and Warehouse across all facilities and send to vendors.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, GMPs, ethical business practice, and SOPs at all times.
• Collaborate with planning team and Purchasing manager to ensure accuracy of Purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Maintain a safe and incident-free workplace and comply with safety training requirements.
• Keep management informed of area activities and significant issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
