Job summary

Valeo in McAllen, Texas is seeking a Purchasing Intern to help manage supplier master data and pilot the spare parts management system (Tool CRIB). You will also help facilitate communications between internal sites and suppliers.

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with experience in Excel and Google Apps preferred. This is a part-time trainee position with real-world impact and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role:

As a Purchasing Intern, you will assist with managing supplier master data while piloting the implementation of the spare parts management system (Tool CRIB), creation, maintenance and improvement. You will also assist with the communication flows between internal sites and suppliers.

What You Should Have:

• Currently enrolled in courses pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Excel and Google Applications is preferred.
