Sineath Construction in Weaverville, NC is seeking a Purchasing & Estimating Coordinator to support planning and procurement across residential and light commercial projects.

You will assist with estimating, create purchase orders, coordinate material orders, and work with vendors and project teams to keep materials flowing. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. residential or light commercial construction purchasing, estimating, project coordination, or related construction operations
• Working knowledge of construction terminology, materials, trades, and building practices
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other construction software tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to project sites, vendor locations, and meetings

Responsibilities

• Support planning and procurement process for projects
• Assist with estimating custom homes, renovations, and light commercial projects
• Perform material takeoffs from plans and specifications
• Create and issue purchase orders
• Coordinate material orders and track deliveries
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing
• Support budget updates and cost tracking
• Help maintain scopes of work and vendor documentation
• Coordinate site visits with vendors and trade partners
• Work with project managers and field staff to ensure materials are available when needed
• Maintain accurate records and project documentation
