Job summary

Sineath Construction in Weaverville, NC is seeking a Purchasing & Estimating Coordinator to support planning and procurement across residential and light commercial projects.

You will assist with estimating, create purchase orders, coordinate material orders, and work with vendors and project teams to keep materials flowing. This role offers a clear path to leadership as a Purchasing & Estimating Manager in 1–2 years for the right candidate, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. residential or light commercial construction purchasing, estimating, project coordination, or related construction operations
• Working knowledge of construction terminology, materials, trades, and building practices
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other construction software tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to project sites, vendor locations, and meetings

We're looking for a Purchasing & Estimating Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your career in construction operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Production Coordinator, Purchasing Assistant, or similar role who wants to take on greater responsibility and develop into a leadership position.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, learning the estimating and purchasing side of the business, with a clear path to advance into a Purchasing & Estimating Manager role within 1-2 years for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience
