Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering Degree.
• 3.0 minimum GPA.
• Accepting December 2026 or later graduates.
• At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Leadership experience or exposure preferred.
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six‑month rotations across the North American Region (USA, Mexico and Canada).
• First rotation starts in Fort Mill, SC with permanent Purchasing Engineer role in Fort Mill, SC after graduation.
• Partner with a mentor to develop best practices and evolve into a leader.
• Gain knowledge alongside experts in cross‑functional departments.
• Complete rotation development milestones and be prepared for graduation.
