City of McAllen is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support procurement for federally funded projects. You will prepare bid solicitation documents, review payroll-related paperwork, and conduct labor interviews associated with funded projects, while maintaining thorough records.
This role requires coordinating daily meetings, preparing addenda, and ensuring compliance with public procurement standards.

The purpose of this position is to perform administrative work in the preparation of federal and non- federal funded bid solicitation documents considered moderate to complex and technical specifications for the purchase of commodities, supplies, services, construction and related projects. The employee will process daily requests for purchase forms, review payroll related documents and conduct labor interviews associated with federally funded projects, schedule and conduct daily meetings, prepare addendums and maintain proper documentation on same.
