Qualifications

• Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
• Assist with staffing and payroll-related duties as described.
• Handle purchasing/warehouse activities including receiving, verifying invoices and PO
• Process vendor invoices for payment and reconcile end-of-month statements.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct inquiries professionally.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Assist with preparation of employment and labor relations documents.
• Assist in staffing and cover for call-outs.
• Maintain relationships with staff, parents, and administrators.
• Enter cash sales and meal counts, perform bank deposit reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly state claims and end-of-month financial reports.
