This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Bases (DIB) and Major Range and Test Facilities Bases (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The pay band NK-02 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-05/07.
