Job Description: Purchasing Agent at Hennig

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase order requests and determine appropriate vendors, monitor new vendors.
• Request quotes and compare prices.
• Enter and place purchase orders, purchasing supplies and materials at optimal prices and delivery schedules.
• Monitor the status of purchase orders, follow up on past due orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle issues with suppliers regarding delivery, quality, price, or sale conditions.
• File all purchase orders for future reference.
