Job summary

Eckart LLC is seeking a purchasing agent to support our supply chain operations. The role involves sourcing products, evaluating market trends, and negotiating with vendors to identify cost-saving opportunities.

You will create and manage purchase orders, maintain stock status, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction. ERP experience and strong Excel skills are essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product sourcing and market trending
• Vendor communication and negotiation
• Identifying cost saving opportunities
• Problem Solving
• Working with various departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Creating & Managing PO's
• Manage & update product stock status
• Other duties as required

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
