Full Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Department: Operations – Stock Replenishment

We’re looking for a Purchasing Agent to join our Stock Replenishment team—a key role that helps keep our shelves full, our customers happy, and our operations running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure our stock stays replenished by inputting and sending accurate purchase orders
  • Work closely with suppliers to confirm pricing, quantities, and shipping schedules
  • Monitor and follow up on open POs—resolving issues before they become problems
  • Communicate across departments to provide updates and insights
  • Analyze stock needs and assist with reports, charts, and supply chain trends
  • Schedule truckloads and coordinate deliveries with our shipping partners
  • Keep everything running smoothly using Excel, Outlook, and our internal systems
