This role supports purchasing activities, maintains records, and assists with purchase orders and vendor inquiries in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work with vendors by phone and email, organize files and data, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Contact vendors by phone and email to obtain pricing, product, and order information.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Assist with processing purchase orders and tracking orders.
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
• Support the purchasing team with general administrative duties.
• Organize and maintain files, spreadsheets, and purchasing data.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
