Service Now Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Purchaser - Warehouse Coordinator in Wooster, OH. The role is full-time with an hourly rate of $20 and a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The position includes a take-home vehicle and company cell phone.

You will collect parts, replenish trucks, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and dispatch to keep field operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Flexibility, reliability, and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Collect parts and equipment and deliver to job sites or back to the warehouse as needed.
• Replenish technicians' and installers' trucks with required parts.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels with supply houses.
• Process warranty parts and labor credits promptly.
• Ensure accurate purchase orders and coordinate with dispatch as needed.
• Prioritize urgent technician requests and manage multiple tasks daily.
