Thorlabs in Newton, NJ is seeking a Machine Shop Purchaser Planner to coordinate and plan production schedules, optimize workflow, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems and production scheduling software.
You will work with engineering, quality control, and procurement, maintain records, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks while meeting company standards for quality and efficiency.

The Machine Shop Purchaser Planner is responsible for coordinating and planning the production schedules in our machine shop to ensure timely and efficient operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Salary range for this position is $57,000-$71,000 depending on experience
