• Purchasing & Purchase Order Management: create, review, and track purchase orders for accuracy and timely delivery.

• Price Negotiation: negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and supplier agreements to maximize value.
• Inventory Management: monitor inventory levels and analyze usage trends to prevent stockouts and excess stock.

About the Role

Multi Housing Depot is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Purchaser to manage purchasing activities and ensure the timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials, products, and supplies. This position is responsible for managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring materials are available to meet business and operational needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in purchasing or procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Purchase Order Management: Manage the purchasing process from requisition through order fulfillment. Create, review, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable service, product quality, and competitive pricing.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and supplier agreements to maximize value and achieve cost savings.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, analyze usage trends,
