Job summary

Multi Housing Depot is seeking a detail-oriented Purchaser to manage purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective acquisition of materials. The role involves handling purchase orders, supplier relationships, pricing terms, and inventory oversight.

The ideal candidate will have purchasing or procurement experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
• Experience negotiating pricing and supplier terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing process from requisition through order fulfillment.
• Create, review, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and determine replenishment needs.
• Analyze purchasing data and pricing trends to identify savings.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, sales, and accounting teams.
• Maintain supplier agreements and procurement documentation.
