Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; strong communication skills and numeracy are preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist Purchasers with all aspects of the purchasing process.
• Follow-up on purchase orders.
• Enter order acknowledgements.
• Send and respond to emails.
• Contact vendors when needed.
• Send monthly supplier rating reports.
• Attend meetings to provide updates when needed.
