PRMI is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase loans with full support. You will work on-site in Murfreesboro, TN, handling loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to accelerate turn times.

This role rewards performance with commissions and a supportive infrastructure. Qualified candidates are licensed (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination, have or can develop relationships with real estate agents or builders, and are committed to growing purchase

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or willing to build them.
• Interest in purchase business and a company that supports growth.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams to accelerate deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and builders to generate referrals.
• Meet production targets and contribute to branch growth while delivering high service levels.
