PRMI is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase business with full support from in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams. This on-site, full-time role offers a commission-based earnings structure and bonuses for top performers.

Ideal candidates will be licensed (NMLS) with at least 1 year of retail origination, have or be ready to build strong relationships with real estate agents or builders, and target purchase loans with a broad product menu.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Experience building relationships with real estate agents or builders.
• Willingness to focus on purchase business and grow through referrals.

Responsibilities

• Close more loans with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents or builders to drive purchase business.
• Promote a wide range of loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo) to win deals.
