Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to focus on purchase transactions with full support in processing, underwriting, and closing. This on-site role offers a base salary of $60K–$80K plus commissions on funded loans and a sign-on bonus.

Ideal candidates will have an active NMLS license, 1+ years of retail origination, and established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or the willingness to build them.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to develop them.
• Interest in purchase-focused lending and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Origin mortgage loans with a purchase focus and strong closing intent.
• Collaborate with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and builders.
