Job summary

One World Global Services is hiring experienced interpreters for Punjabi-English interpretation. This fully remote role is available full-time or part-time with immediate onboarding and a clear schedule.

Successful candidates will handle calls professionally, use healthcare vocabulary, and participate in internal training. Applicants should have strong English skills, at least 1 year of interpreting experience, and excellent communication and note-taking abilities.

Qualifications

• 90% English proficiency required.
• 1+ years interpreting experience (desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
• High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the Interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be aware of the specific vocabulary of healthcare and medical interpretation.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
