oneworldglobalservices is seeking experienced PASHTO interpreters to work remotely with a clear schedule. The role supports either full-time or part-time engagement and offers immediate onboarding after joining.

Responsibilities include handling calls professionally, mastering healthcare terminology, and reporting to the team leader. A strong English proficiency and cultural awareness are required, along with reliable equipment and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at a high level (90%+).
• Reliable wired internet connection.
• USB wired headset for clear audio.
• Windows 10 or MacOS compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally following the interpreter code of conduct.
• Familiarize with industry vocabulary, especially healthcare terminology.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to the team leader.

• Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical one, specifically).
• Go into internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level of English and target language.
• 1+ years of interpreting experience (Desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
• High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
