Job summary

Atlas Home Health in Benicia, CA is seeking a part-time Caregiver/Registered Home Care Aide to provide compassionate personal care to clients in their homes. Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, about 4 hours per day, with flexibility depending on client needs.

Fluency in Punjabi is required to communicate with clients; responsibilities include bathing, meal planning, transferring, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Active on the California Home Care Aide Registry
• Punjabi-speaking; fluency in Punjabi is required
• One-year experience in home care, hospital, or nursing home setting preferred
• Willing to obtain Basic Life Support CPR/AED certification
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision

Position

Caregiver/ Registered Home Care Aide

This is a part-time position in Benicia, CA for Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 10AM to 2PM ( ~ 4 hours shift depending on client's need).

*Fluency in Punjabi is required

Compensation

Pay of $25-$30/hour depending on experience. Fulltime employees entitled to 3 Weeks PTO/Year plus sick time, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, and 401K matching.

About the Role

As a Registered Home Care Aide, you will deliver exceptional personal care services and assist clients with activities of daily living. You will work to ensure client dignity, comfort, and independence. You will be responsible for documenting the services provided and reporting to the Executive Director.
