We are seeking a highly skilledSemi-Automated Equipment Operatorto oversee the seamless operation of sophisticated automated machinery and software under a strictZero-Defect Manufacturing Policy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision in handling equipment, ensuring high-quality material processing while adhering to strict quality standards and multitasking effectively.This role also requires expertise in operating and understandingsensitive sensor measurement instrumentsto maintain optimal production accuracy

What will you be doing?

• Maintainflawless executionof processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Pay close attention to material quality, identifying any inconsistencies or defects.
• Followquality gatesand company standards to maintain optimal output.
• Collect and accurately record critical production data for reporting and analysis.
• Performmultitasking activities, managing multiple aspects of the operation simultaneously.
• Exhibit proficiency in runningcomputer systemsrequired for equipment operation and data collection.
• Utilizekeen eyesight and attention to detailto detect potential errors and prevent defects.
• Understand, and operate sensitive sensor measurement instruments to ensure precise data collection and equipment functionality.
• Usemetrology instrumentsto measure process results and escalate quality issues when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolveequipment malfunctionsto minimize downtime.
• Adhere tocleanroom protocolsand safety procedures to maintain a controlled environment.
• Document process details, report abnormalities, and collaborate with engineers forcontinuous improvement

Pay range for this role is $20-$28 per hour. DOE and education.
