Job summary

Kapco Osceola, WI is seeking a Punch Press Operator I on 2nd shift. You will operate a punch press, perform quality checks, and maintain tooling to meet production standards while keeping accurate records.

• Operate pick and place type press operations to meet set standards.
• Maintain equipment and tooling with appropriate lubricants.
• Clean and maintain press area.
• Perform quality checks using proper measuring devices and record results.
• Stop production when quality issues are detected.
• Complete paperwork and labeling accurately and completely.
• May require successful completion of Kapco’s forklift certification program.

Punch Press Operator I - Kapco Osceola, WI

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate pick and place type press operations efficiently and effectively to attain set standards
• Maintain equipment and tooling with use of appropriate lubricants
• Clean and maintain press area
• Perform quality checks using the proper measuring devices correctly during operation and complete quality records
• Stop production when quality issues are detected
• Complete appropriate paperwork, including labels, accurately and completely
• May require successful completion of Kapco’s forklift certification program
• Other duties as assigned
