Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Operator / Machine Technician in Minnesota to operate punch presses, shears and related fabrication equipment, with pride in reliability and safety. You will set up and run machines, read simple blueprints, inspect parts for quality, and assist with packaging and die shop tasks as production needs require.

Qualifications

• Experience operating punch presses, shears or similar fabrication machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or simple part drawings.
• Willingness to take initiative and assist across departments.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain punch press machines, shears, and related fabrication equipment.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Perform basic maintenance and tooling changes as needed.
• Assist with packaging, assembly, and die shop tasks as production demands require.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep production running smoothly.
