OmniMax International, LLC is hiring a Press Operator in Lancaster, PA for the first shift (7am-3pm). You will load coils, set up the press, and assist with packaging and quality checks. This full-time position emphasizes safe operating practices and accurate production data entry.

Qualifications

• Ability to use ordinary arithmetic in decimals and fractions, read charts and specifications.
• Judgment required to plan and sequence operations.
• Good attendance and performance record.

Responsibilities

• Load aluminum/steel coils onto vertical payoff using hoist/hook system.
• Manually tighten payoff.
• Visually assist forklift driver to load coils onto horizontal payoff.
• String up the press using safe practices.
• Work from production work orders to form and pack products.
• Seal cartons using tapers, banders, hand staplers, foot staplers, etc.
• Move finished cartons to a pallet and wrap with stretch wrap.
• Resupply work area with new pallets and tools as needed.
• Inspect product for quality, UPC labeling, and feed length.
