Job Summary

Ensure that products processed from metal stamping punch presses meet customer specifications.

Required Competencies, Qualifications, and Basic Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn tasks and follow instructions, including measurement techniques
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Successful completion of Pre-Employment physical
• Regular attendance required

Class C Operator Responsibilities

• Operate manual mechanical stamping punch presses
• Review shop orders, work instructions, blueprints, and inspection records
• Measure and verify product conformance to specifications
• Follow ISO quality management policies and procedures
• Support a safe work environment
