Required Competencies, Qualifications, and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn tasks and follow instructions, including measurement techniques.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Successful completion of Pre-Employment physical.
• Regular attendance is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review shop orders, blueprints, and inspection records to produce quality parts.
