Press Cell Technician I - Kapco Grafton, WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is seeking an experienced Punch Press Operator I on 1st shift at our Grafton, WI facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate pick and place type press operations efficiently to meet set standards.
• Run single stroke coil operations.
• Maintain equipment and tooling using appropriate lubricants.
• Keep press area clean and organized.
• Perform quality checks with proper measuring devices during operation and record results.
• Stop production if quality issues are detected.
• Complete accurate and complete paperwork, including labels.
• May require successful completion of Kapco's forklift certification program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
