Responsibilities:

1. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments for efficient and accurate production.
2. Load materials, select tools, and configure machine settings.
3. Program and adjust controls to ensure accurate bending.
4. Operate machines based on blueprints to manufacture parts.
5. Inspect finished products using precision instruments.
6. Perform quality checks to meet customer standards.
7. Detect malfunctions or defects during operations.
8. Load and unload materials ensuring proper alignment and safety.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Follow safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Prior machine operation experience.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Punch Press Operator or similar role.
• CNC machine certification.
• Ability to read G code.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
