Pay Rate: $20.83 per hour

Basic Job Functions:

• Monitor machines' performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient and accurate production
• Load materials, select appropriate tools, and configure machine settings for each job
• Program and adjust machine controls to ensure accurate bending
• Perform machine operations based on blueprints to understand what parts to manufacture

• Inspect finished items using instruments such as micrometer dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments

• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects
• Load and unload metal materials onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and safety
• Using power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform basic math skills
• Read and understand blueprints
• Use hand and /or power tools
• Prior experience operating machines

• Basic Reading and writing skills
• Understand verbal and written instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED, preferred
• Experience as a Punch Press Operator or similar role
• CNC machine certification
• Ability to read and understand G code
• Previous experience working for a manufacturing company, preferred
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean manufacturing
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
