Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Delano, MN team. You will build the deck platforms for our commercial playground equipment, operating CNC turret punch presses and related machinery.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The compensation range is $21.00–$25.00 per hour, plus eligibility for profit-sharing and a monthly bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) with ESOP.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Punch Press required.
• Previous experience setting up and adjusting punch press required.
• Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC turret punch presses and related machinery.
• Performing setup and adjustments as needed.
• Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision.

The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
