Job summary

Landscape Structures is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to build deck platforms for our commercial playground equipment. You will operate CNC turret punches, perform setups, and fabricate from drawings with minimal supervision.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and delivery in a team environment, with competitive hourly pay and eligibility for profit-sharing and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Punch Press required
• Previous experience setting up and adjusting punch press required
• Ability to read and understand Complex Mechanical Fabrication Drawings
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to operate typical fabrication hand tools

The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job‑related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit‑sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
