Job summary

Wal-Rose Inc. in Sanford, FL is seeking a reliable Punch Out Crew member to assist with final site work and punch list completion on civil and site development projects. You will perform finish tasks, grading, curb repairs, and site cleanup under supervision.

The ideal candidate can operate light equipment, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a team to meet project closeout deadlines. A valid driver’s license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in site development or construction.
• Basic knowledge of grading, concrete, drainage, and erosion control.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Punch Out Foreman with final site work and punch list items.
• Perform grading, concrete and curb repairs, asphalt patching, and fencing.
• Support erosion control measures and site cleanup.
• Operate light construction equipment under supervision.

Job Location: Sanford, FL 32772Job Category: ConstructionWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Punch Out Crewto assist with final site work and punch list completion on civil and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in general site construction, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Punch Out Foreman in completing final site development and repair tasks prior to project closeout.
• Perform a variety of site finish activities, including grading, concrete and curb repairs, asphalt patching, fencing, and sign installation.
• Help maintain erosion and sediment control by installing or repairing silt fence, inlet protection, and other stabilization measures.
• Conduct general site cleanup and ensure the project area meets company and client standards.
• Operate light construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators under supervision.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow direction from the Punch Out Foreman and project supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of punch list items.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company safety procedures.
• Report any site issues, material needs, or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in site development, utility work, or general construction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of grading, concrete, drainage, and erosion control practices.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Skilled in the safe use of construction tools and light equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking stooping, and handling materials up to 75 pounds.
