Atlantic Pacific Companies in Cary, NC seeks a Punch Out Technician for our 319-unit Market Rate apartment community. This full-time role focuses on rapid turnover and essential maintenance tasks to ensure units are move-in ready.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a reliable, detail-oriented work ethic. You will handle plumbing, electrical tasks, A/C filter changes, and other repairs under supervision.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of related experience required
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, and fixture repair is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely completion of vacant unit turns
• Identify areas/items needing improvement and make recommendations
• Perform turnkey operations and punch items (plumbing repairs, lock/smoke alarm repairs/replacements, appliance repairs, A/C filter changes, light bulbs changes)
• Install ceiling fans and wall sockets; perform minor plumbing/electrical repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance and completion of work orders
• Ensure inventory items are in good working condition
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
