Job summary

5812 Investment Group in Hammond, IN is seeking experienced Punch Make Ready Technicians to prep vacant units and perform routine maintenance. You will paint interiors, repair drywall, install vinyl tile, and keep tools and shop organized while documenting repairs.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years related experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with maintenance, painting, drywall, and flooring.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with basic carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and appliance knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs.

• Interior painting as part of routine duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 5 years prior experience or relevant experience
• Advanced paint advanced drywall advanced luxury vinyl tile advanced organizational skills advanced time management skills advanced cabinet intermediate electrical intermediate appliances intermediate HVAC intermediate computer and intermediate carpentry
• Drivers License and valid car insurance
