Job summary

5812 Investment Group is seeking an experienced Punch/Make Ready Technician to join our team in Hammond, Indiana. You will perform maintenance, prepare vacant units, and support property readiness across our communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years prior experience or relevant experience.
• Advanced paint, advanced drywall, advanced luxury vinyl tile, advanced organizational skills, advanced time management skills, advanced cabinet, intermediate electrical, intermediate appliances, intermediate HVAC, intermediate computer, and intermediate carpentry.
• Driver’s License and valid car insurance.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.
• Excellent Attendance.

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
